What SalaryGuard processes

SalaryGuard may process the WhatsApp number and account information you provide, household financial profile information, purchase/EMI checks, goals, support messages, security/audit records and payment metadata required to operate the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide financial decision-support features, maintain account security, prevent abuse, provide support, operate payments, meet legal obligations and improve service reliability.

Payments

Payment credentials such as card numbers, UPI PINs and banking authentication are entered with Razorpay and are not stored by SalaryGuard. SalaryGuard may store payment/order identifiers, amount, status and contact details needed to match access and support a transaction.

Sharing and sale of data

SalaryGuard does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to run the product, such as hosting, messaging and payment providers, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Retention and choices

Records are retained while needed to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal/accounting obligations. Account/profile correction and deletion controls may be available, but some audit, payment or legally required records can need longer retention.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Financial information

SalaryGuard is a decision-support service, not a bank, lender or investment adviser. Do not provide passwords, PINs, OTPs or full payment-card credentials in WhatsApp messages.
