Refund Policy

Founding Beta payments

Duplicate captured payments and payments where SalaryGuard cannot provide the purchased access because of a verified SalaryGuard technical failure are eligible for refund review.

Seven-day request window

For the ₹99 + GST Founding Beta offer, a refund request should normally be raised within 7 calendar days of payment. If the account has already been activated and materially used, the founding access fee is normally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where SalaryGuard confirms a service failure.

How refunds are returned

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank/provider processing times are outside SalaryGuard's direct control.

Taxes

Tax adjustments, where applicable, are handled with the corresponding refund and accounting records in accordance with applicable requirements.

Requesting help

Use the SalaryGuard support channel and include the payment identifier. Never send card numbers, UPI PINs or OTPs.
